Intensive Care Unit
The Intensive Care Unit is a specially equipped and staffed department of the hospital, providing specialized medical, nursing care and technical support with the use of appliances for the care and treatment of patients with life threatening diseases or complications that need 24 hour monitoring and recording of their vital functions and sometimes technical support. The Unit has 8 beds of which, one, is in an isolation room as well as 5 high dependency beds.
